We highly recommend that you avoid offers of service that seem too good to be true.
Why? More than likely, these “services” or “companies” are unlicensed, uninsured or underinsured. If a vacation, business meeting or special event hinge on your ground transportation, a cheap limo service is not the way to go. Far too often, these cars do not appear or are less than what was promised at the time of booking (older model vehicles, someone’s personal car, etc.) leaving passengers stranded and/or frustrated.
Our advice? Hire a reputable CT-based limo company. With highly-trained and knowledgeable chauffeurs, late model vehicles and the correct licenses/permits, customer service is always a top priority.
Remember, businesses build their reputation on satisfied customers – whereas fly-by-night operators are just out to make an easy dollar.
