Well, a few months back we declared spring weekends among the BEST time to be in the limousine business in Connecticut….Then we changed it to summer…Now we’re going to change it up and go with October and fall – too many great things going on to let the earlier parts of the year take the cake! Between bringing countless alumni back to campuses statewide for homecoming celebrations, weddings, concerts and valet jobs – we really are keeping busy 24/7 around here. This past weekend was no exception to the rule! Thankfully, we’ve had some great weather, with seasonably warm temperatures, making for ideal working conditions for our dedicated chauffeurs and valet attendants.
We started the weekend off on Friday with a large valet job in Wilton. The best part of these projects are being a part of the local community. It is always fun to see everyone so dressed up and celebrating their favorite local causes. A bonus for us? It didn’t rain! We also had customers taking in the Demi Lovato concert at Mohegan Sun.
Saturday, after the early clouds burned off, we had one of the most perfect fall days here in Connecticut. Temperatures were not sky high and the day was the PERFECT back-drop for a wedding on the beach in Fairfield. Further, we also had the cars on the road all day long delivering passengers between their respective homes and JFK airport (it’s VERY rare to have a day here that everyone travels to the same airport – which happened on Saturday).
Sunday was another busy day travel day as our vehicles were again at JFK and also the NYC Cruise Port.
The week is shaping up to be a busy one as the phones are ringing off the hook and reservations keep rolling in. Please know we are grateful to each and every one of our customers for entrusting us with important travel plans (whether for business or pleasure) and all the special event celebrations! Given the busy time of year, we always encourage early reservations, especially if a specialty vehicle is required (SUV, limousine or passenger van). Wishing everyone a great week!
