If you are seeking out a large SUV style limousine (Hummer, Escalade, etc) and your prom night itinerary keeps you entirely within Connecticut, you will find your options extremely limited. Do ensure that the limo ultimately booked is registered in Connecticut and features livery license plates (start and end in "L"); interstate plates (start and end in Z) and out of state registered vehicles are not valid options. Limousines featuring out of state and interstate plates run the risk of being ticketed and impounded.
